This NewTek PTZ UHD camera is capable of outputting video in UHD resolution at 60 and 50 frames per second. Not every Windows based computer will have the HEVC decoder installed. This will cause the following image to appear when the HEVC decoder is not detected.

For example, a standard Windows 10 computer running an application such as NDI Studio Monitor may not have the decoder installed. In order to view the NDI stream, the HEVC decoder needs to be purchased from the Microsoft store for $0.99.

*For TriCaster systems, when using one of the 4K capable systems such as TC1, VMC1, TC Mini 4K, NC1 I/O or NC1 I/O IP, the HEVC decoder is already installed.
